THE ROLE The Senior Paid Media Executive is part of the Performance Marketing team and takes an active role in growing our expansive Paid Search (PPC) and Paid Social & Display activity. They work cross-functionally, with both internal and external teams, to find opportunities and deliver initiatives. They take ownership of projects from idea to execution both operationally and strategically – and influence change across the channels. Train one Executive/Assistant to build their confidence across Paid Media, ensuring they are working collaboratively with the agency with tasks including briefing creative assets, copy and reviewing account performance. Bring new ideas and own projects from end-to-end – using data and reporting to drive the decisions. Understand our KPIs and budgets, then be able to articulate factors driving performance to stakeholders with all levels of knowledge. Brief teams to ensure assets for promotions and creative launches are delivered ahead of deadlines. Steer the ad creative processes to facilitate best-in-class executions across all channels. Own seasonal and promotion set-up by working with relevant internal teams and the agency. Stay up-to-date with both business and industry-wide changes to highlight opportunities across our channels WHO YOU ARE (YOUR SKILLS/EXPERIEINCE They have experience working within a large business in-house or at an agency, preferably within a PPC or Paid Social. This is a focused marketing role. A proactive and ‘think-outside-the-box’ mentality is key, with a focus on performance marketing and an analytical mindset highly preferable.
