Net World Sports is seeking a driven and hands-on Videographer to elevate our product and brand storytelling. You’ll work across departments—planning, filming, and editing standout video content that captivates audiences and drives sales. From on-location shoots to post-production and everything in between, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced environment where your creativity and technical expertise will shine. What You'll Do Concept & Shoot – Conceptualize, plan, and produce short-form videos highlighting product features and benefits. Pre-Production Logistics – Handle storyboarding, location scouting, and product selection, ensuring all resources are in place. Transport & Setup – Pick products from the warehouse, load them into a van, and set up equipment (lighting, audio, camera) on location. Camera Operation – Operate Sony FX3 or similar cameras, capturing high-quality footage both in studio and on location. Talent Direction – Guide on-camera talent or team members to ensure smooth, engaging video captures. Editing & Post-Production – Use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition to craft polished, on-brand final outputs. Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with Marketing, Design, and Product teams to align video content with campaign and e-commerce goals. Multiple Project Management – Prioritize and execute several projects simultaneously, meeting tight e-commerce deadlines. Brand Consistency – Maintain a cohesive look and feel in all videos, incorporating feedback to refine visuals and messaging. Innovation & Upkeep – Stay current on industry trends, camera technology, and editing techniques to continuously elevate video standards. What You'll Bring Technical Proficiency – Proven experience operating cameras (ideally Sony FX3), lighting, and audio gear. Adobe Expertise – Skilled in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition for high-quality video production. Hands-On Mentality – Comfortable lifting and moving equipment, setting up shoots, and problem-solving logistical challenges. Driving License – Full driving license required (van-driving experience is a plus). Collaborative Spirit – Excellent communication skills, able to work with cross-functional teams and present ideas clearly. E-Commerce Savvy – Understanding of how video content drives online sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Creative Eye – Strong sense of composition, pacing, and visual storytelling, with a passion for continuous improvement. Organization & Efficiency – Capable of juggling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a tidy workflow. Growth Mindset – Willingness to learn new techniques, experiment with 3D software (Blender/KeyShot) or drones, and innovate.
