The Vacancy
This is an exciting opportunity to develop a changing role within the Key Account Sales Team in Power NI (Belfast). The successful candidate will manage a commercial customer portfolio, developing and retaining their electricity business. The role is to maintain Power NI's market share in the deregulated electricity market, selling Power NI's products and services to SME business customers via Broker / TPI channels.
The successful candidate will work closely with external Brokers and seek to retain business via that channel. They will report directly to the Senior Corporate Business Manager and liaise with wider sales teams to implement sales strategies. You will work to maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible.

What you'll need
* Experience in a sales-related industry with a track record of delivering against customer retention targets.
* Direct customer service experience in a sales-related environment demonstrating effective customer relationship management.
* Ability to demonstrate strong numerical competency.
* Experience of producing quotations and selling a portfolio of different products.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Full driving licence with access to own car (insured for business use).
