Description
The Role:
* Relaunch Broking Platform governance and reset relationship with countries (Broking Leads and End Users) where required
* Develop and agree adoption scope, targets and roadmaps at global, regional and country levels
* Operationalise metrics and dashboards and link these to action plans where intervention is required
Key Responsibilities:
* To partner with WTW regions and individual countries to actively drive and support adoption of the Broking Platform:
o Regional and Country-level Broking Heads
o Regional Operations Heads
o Global Lines of Business Leaders
o Broking Platform Users (end-user feedback)
* To co-create adoption roadmaps and action plans at regional and country level
* To develop and implement effective regional and global governance for BP adoption, including:
o Regional and Country-level targets
o Dashboards, KPIs and Metrics – define outcome metrics including completeness / quality of BP data
o Tracking against agreed adoption plans
o Robust and transparent issue management processes
o Robust and transparent new feature and enhancement request process
* Facilitate user feedback and review sessions with Brokers – focus on defining actionable problem statements and clear requirements
* To partner with group IT colleagues in the prioritisation and development of fixes, CRs and Enhancements to BP
* To partner with product owners of related systems and capabilities to drive value-adding integration and connectivity (e.g. CRM, RIC, RMS, R&A, etc.)
* To develop and deliver regular communication highlighting the benefits of BP to WTW brokers, carriers and clients through appropriate channels
* Build, manage and develop adoption team resources – direct or matrix reporting – to deliver the above
* Partner with wider Broking Strategy team on all of the above
Qualifications
The Requirements:
* Change Management experience essential
* Experience of working Global Teams
* Ability to provide connections between Business, Technology and Operations
* Experience gained within the insurance industry, preferred
