Job Overview: Join our team as a Customer Experience Advisor and become a key player in orchestrating a delightful customer journey post-purchase. In this dynamic role, you'll track and enhance the customer experience, ensuring seamless interaction across multiple channels and platforms. By liaising effectively with Production, Transport, and Sales teams, you'll tackle challenges head-on, significantly boosting customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Support the CS Team Leader in the SR (GRN) process. Processing Sales orders and online orders on to the ERP system Answering basic customer post sale enquiries, sending Drawings and install manuals. Support Customers post order with Technical Guidance, install enquiries. Liaise with the site customer regarding delivery dates, ensuring all order information is correct. Postcode, contact numbers, delivery dates, offloading. Up sale of offloading facilities Ensure large CTP and Commercial Pump station orders are project Managed. Touch all through process so to ensure products are not built unnecessarily and its delivered-on time and in full. Maintain orders with changes on orders including delivery dates, address, products or on hold. Help maintain and update customer data (GDPR Compliance) Answering incoming warranty call's overflow and answer where capable General administrative responsibilities and/or other reasonable duties as required. Helping to collect data/carrying our surveys for NPS Skills and Qualifications: Communication: Strong phone etiquette and the ability to clearly convey information. Analytical Acumen: Excellent skills in analyzing customer needs and crafting personalized solutions. Technical Proficiency: Experienced with Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Detail-Oriented: Sharp attention to detail with a capacity for high-quality data entry. Interpersonal Skills: A friendly and engaging disposition to build strong relationships with customers.
