Our deep understanding of the Payment ecosystem collaborative mantra and platform flexibility enables our teams to create integrated payment experiences that deliver improved customer loyalty, software utility and value to our vertical SaaS partners. We're seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead the expansion of our Payrix offering into the UK market. This role will focus heavily on market research to identify target audiences and opportunities to then develop and implement marketing strategies to launch and promote the Payrix offering in the UK. The Marketing Manager is an experienced digital marketer who will drive and manage local marketing efforts to increase customer acquisition and retention programs. The person in this role will work collaboratively with our Sales, Product and Risk teams to develop digital marketing programs to drive payment adoption. Our Marketing teams help us reach and connect with more people. Thinking like a customer comes naturally for these Worldpayers, but they're always striving to master it. The Marketing Manager role will be located in London, United Kingdom however you will be working across global teams, reporting into the Head of Marketing in Australia. What you’ll own Market research to identify target audiences and key opportunities. Develop and implement marketing strategies to launch and promote the Payrix offering in the UK. Managing lead gen programs specifically through SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, Events, and other channels. Creating and executing marketing communications to grow client base and partners. Developing market specific payment adoption content including blogs, video content and webinars. Utilising data to provide management team with key marketing and ROI metrics. Collaborating with internal subject matter experts to develop marketing collateral /content. Working in unison with our business development, inside sales and partner management teams to optimise sales funnel performance. Other related duties assigned as needed. Where you’ll own it You’ll own it in our London hub. Our sites are hubs of activity, conversation, and openness. What you bring 5 years’ experience in B2B demand generation and/or digital marketing experience within payments and/or SaaS industry. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business (or similar discipline). Google Analytics, Google AdWords, HubSpot or similar digital marketing certification. Experience developing and executing programs for email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM and paid digital. Ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management. Strong proficiency in MS O365, Salesforce, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, SEMRush and other marketing technology tools. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat and Canva preferred. Strong communication skills and team attitude. Ability to collaborate with external partners and internal sales team. B2B /B2C Fintech, payments or software experience preferred.
