The Role - Assembly and Test Technician
Our leading client is looking for experienced Assembly and Test Technicians to join their team at their brand-new state of the art facility located in Tewkesbury.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly of a large variety of hydraulic components, manufactured for the motorsport and aerospace industries.
Key Responsibilities - Assembly and Test Technician
1. Finding and testing faults of complex hydraulic products.
2. Assembling complex hydraulic products.
3. Reading engineering drawings.
4. Completing Quality Audits.
5. Building new/repairing complex hydraulic products.
6. Using measuring equipment such as Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, and Height Gauges to inspect component parts.
Key Experience & Qualifications - Assembly and Test Technician
1. Apprentice trained (or equivalent level of qualification) ideally within Mechanical Engineering.
2. Proven experience within a complex engineering/manufacturing environment.
3. Competent at reading and following different set procedures.
4. Competency with a range of assembly tools.
5. Hydraulic Testing Experience.
