We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and skilledCommunity Wound Care Nurseto join our friendly and supportive team.
As a Community Wound Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes. You will provide clinical expertise, support, and guidance to community nursing colleagues, helping to enhance their wound care skills.
Every day brings new challenges, as you work with patients with diverse needs, giving you the opportunity to expand and develop your clinical knowledge.
Working closely with local Community Nursing Teams and Wound Care Nurses across different localities, you will have strong wound care experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for community nursing
This role is ideal for someone looking to specialise in wound care, a working pattern of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. (Part-time hours will be considered, with a minimum of 22.5 hours per week).
