Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with varying learning needs.
2. Assist in the delivery of tailored educational activities and lessons.
3. Support students' social and emotional well-being, fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment.
4. Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning atmosphere.
5. Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to plan and implement effective learning strategies.
