Junior IT Support Technician Glasgow £25,000 - £30,000 Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT and Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will support customers with IT-related issues, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems, setting up and configuring equipment, and installing IT, network, audiovisual (AV), and security systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide first and second-line support to customers via on-site visits, phone, and email. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for both technical and non-technical users. Set up, configure, and install hardware, IT systems, networks, AV equipment, and security systems. Collaborate with senior engineers on installations and project-based work. Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, offering professional and clear communication. Document incidents and create detailed, accurate notes. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations. This role involves a mix of office-based and on-site work, with travel across Glasgow and regular trips throughout the UK. Full UK Driving Licence Required
