Service Assistant - High Wycombe
Summary
We’re looking for a Service Assistant to join us at Hughenden to help busy teams throughout our visitor operations.
Salary: 12.25 per hour
Contract/duration: Up to 400 hours until September 7th 2025. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in equal monthly instalments.
Hours/working pattern: This is an hourly paid, fixed term role. On average three shifts per week, including regular weekend, school holiday and Bank Holiday working. Shifts run 9:45 - 16:30/17:00.

What it's like to work here
Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you’ll be part of a team of Visitor Reception staff and volunteers working at Hughenden. You'll be working at our Visitor Reception and in our car park.

What you'll be doing
The core part of your job is to give vital and positive support to your colleagues, wherever you’re needed, with a focus on greeting and helping visitors.
No two days will be the same. You can expect to meet many different people and gain experience in different visitor areas.
Most importantly, you’ll be talking to visitors, answering their questions and making sure they can find everything they need to enjoy their day.
