Job Description
1. Manage and oversee the operation of the Birmingham office.
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
3. Lead and mentor the management team.
4. Take a lead on business development activities in the local market.
The Successful Applicant
1. ACA or ACCA qualified
2. Proven experience in a leadership role within a TS function.
3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. A deep understanding of the professional services industry.
6. Experience managing relationships with external stakeholders.
