Customer Service Representative 12 Month FTC Salary – To be Discussed Marston Green, Birmingham The Role: We are currently seeking maternity cover within our Clients Commercial Team. The Commercial Team supports the Operations Team within Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) facility. The position of Customer Service Representative provides valuable support to Operations starting with Contract Review of Purchase Orders through to invoicing the customer. What will you be doing? Customer liaison for MRO related questions and updates Customer quotations to be issued in accordance with relevant contract pricing and/or in accordance with internal standard work Invoice/Billing should be generated in accordance with customer issued quotations. Invoice disputes and queries should be reviewed, and credits/debits generated. Ensure business systems are updated with latest updates and hold flags are used in accordance with relevant standard work. Understanding and adherence to Contractual Requirements Identification and management of exchange units to ensure maximum adherence to contractual requirements and internal OTD requirements What will you bring to the party? Experience with SAP – Essential Attention to detail Experience in dealing with customer contracts Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of leadership Equivalent experience in a similar role What Happens Next?
