We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director Application Support Manager to join our BNY Pershing team. This role is located in Manchester - HYBRID. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: The role involves working alongside all parts of the organization specifically Engineering, Operations, Finance, Compliance and Product Management, as well as BNY and other external parties, employing application engineering skills along with understanding and following the BNY Delivery Life Cycle. Management responsibility of overseeing the Implementation, maintenance, delivery, and support of applications across controlled Test and Production environments, this is achieved in adherence to BNY procedures and policies. To provide and implement resilient technology services and oversee disaster recovery facilities to support business continuity, in conjunction with Operational Risk Management. Oversee communication to clients in all areas around Technology including Major Incidents, Change Activity, Major Services Issues, Service Improvement plans and activities in line with BNY and Pershing EMEA Marketing and Communication policies. Oversee outsourcing and vendor management for third parties providing information technology infrastructure, including services provided by BNY Mellon Technology. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Educational background in Technology Experience in Application Production Support, Disaster Recovery Experience in ITIL Framework - Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Service Management Experience Senior Management/ Director People Leadership At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
