The Package
1. £32,000 per year

The Job Role
1. Assistant Bar Manager within a luxury, private venue in Central London
2. Training and developing the enthusiastic existing staff.
3. Manage stocks and bar control.
4. Maintain exemplary customer service standards that are set out by the venue.
The Requirements
1. A strong hotel or venue background, ideally at a 4* level or above.
2. Ability to lead from the front.
3. Sense of ownership and accountability for stock results.
4. Second to none service standards; the Assistant Bar Manager will have a calm approach to busy service periods.
5. This role would be well suited to an experienced Bar Supervisor or Duty Manager looking for their first Assistant Bar Manager position, having experience in high volume multi-bar venues.
