The postholder will lead the EPMA team and provide operational management of the Trust's EPMA system.

The postholder will develop the EPMA system to support the development of optimum pharmaceutical care to our patients.
A full UK driving licence and vehicle for business use is required for this post however reasonable adjustments will be made for disabled individuals in line with the Equality Act 2010.

Qualifications

* Master's degree (or equivalent) in pharmacy
* Professional registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
Skills
Essential
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
* Teaching, influencing and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage under pressure when required.
Desirable
* Familiarity with EPMA systems, EMIS (ASCribe) and JAC (Well Sky) hospital pharmacy IT systems, FMD requirements and software and Powergate.
