As a qualified School Nurse, you will be expected to work as part of a corporate team. You will have the ability to demonstrate evidence-based practice and provide a high quality of care provision within the services.
As part of your role as a School Nurse, you will have a passion for working with school-aged children and young people and be required to facilitate and deliver a range of assessments, brief interventions, proactive public health initiatives and work both independently and as part of a multi-agency team. You will work from a variety of settings including schools, partner agencies and homes, working flexibly and creatively to best engage and meet the diverse health needs of the school-aged population.
