Will inspire students to learn
Have outstanding communication skills
Are innovative and dynamic

We are also interested in recruiting graduates who are considering a career in teaching, social work, speech and language therapy or occupational therapy. We will provide a comprehensive training programme to equip you with the skills required to work with young people with a range of needs.
We provide a comprehensive induction programme and ongoing CPD for all staff.
We are a warm and friendly school and value the health and wellbeing of our staff.
'The leadership and management provide a supportive and flexible environment where staff are listened to in order to ensure that staff's wellbeing is a priority while also making sure the quality-of-service provision to students is not compromised in anyway.' (School Wellbeing Support Advisor)
Brentwood is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adults and we expect all staff to share this commitment. The post you have applied for is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974; pre-employment checks will be carried out, references will be sought and successful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and other relevant checks with statutory bodies.
