We are looking for additional team members to support us on this journey and are currently hiring a Trade Marketing Manager within the Trade Marketing Team. The role Category Manager will be our category & brand expert in front of our top clients, defining 4Ps plans customized by account considering always business priorities and taking into account brand guidelines. It will also be a very relevant member that should fuel brands knowledge by building and sharing best practices on implemented activities or defining new initiatives to be tested in the market. What you will do Develop and lead the launch plan for Key Accounts channel, including innovation toolkit/presentation. Present to customers, gather recommendations for assortment, plano, visibility & communication plan. Prepare for Top 2 Top meetings with Key Account Managers. Monitor sell-out continuously for best practices and address out-of-stock issues. Analyze market data and other brand initiatives daily. Lead the development of assortment and layout recommendations for defined customers. Identify category management opportunities for new customers. Support promotional and extra visibility plans for Top Accounts. Analyze promotional activities and competitors' plans. Coordinate transversal channel and customer-specific activities, both offline and online. Conduct monthly meetings with sales and demand teams to discuss promotional mechanics and volumes. Contribute to SD transversal projects and develop plans for Sales reps team in the Key Accounts channel. Lead POS animation and client events. Develop and lead sell-out analysis dashboards and reports for top accounts. Collaborate seamlessly with Key Account Managers, Sales teams, marketing teams and other internal stakeholders. What we are looking for 4 years experience in category management, marketing, trade or key account management, demonstrating success in developing launch plans and innovation toolkits. Strong presentation skills to engage customers and craft impactful recommendations. Ability to collaborate seamlessly with Key Account Managers, Sales teams, and internal stakeholders. Proficient in data analysis, with a focus on continuous monitoring of sell-out performance. Stay informed on market trends and competitors through daily data analysis. Experience in planning, executing, and analyzing promotional activities for optimal results.
