Marketing Manager Permanent – 40 – 50k (Negotiable) Hybrid Working Vacancy 1/2 days in the office near Llandudno, the remaining 3/4 at home. An amazing opportunity has become available for an experienced Marketing Manager to work for a growing holiday park company with huge aspirations. The company currently have 2 parks with plans for this to grow to 10 over the next few years. Currently an outsourced marketing company is being used but the client is looking to bring this in house. You will be the sole marketing employee in the company initially. The role will be very hands on and, over time, as the team grows your role will move more into managing a team. You will be given full autonomy on the role in terms of campaigns, strategies and plans moving forward. With the growth plans the company has, they are looking for someone to grow with the company and eventually a pathway to becoming a Director is available. Ideally you will have the following skills and experiences – You will be working alongside the sales team so a strong background in lead generation, looking at all analytics etc is needed for this role. Experienced in brand awareness and promoting the companies brand externally. Social Media – the role will involve lots of social media activity. Design – a key skill as they will be looking for you to create and design all marketing campaigns. Open to background but any travel / tourism experience would be useful. Ideally have experience in managing a marketing team and being used to working in a busy environment. As mentioned, the role is hybrid and would expect you to be in the office once or twice a week. Also, occasional potential travel to some of the holiday parks would also be needed. Good commuter links to Llandudno Junction Train Station.
