What will you do?
1. Create and implement a 5-year Decommissioning Plan.
2. Develop market strategies to meet plan goals.
3. Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and government bodies.
4. Collaborate with Communications to highlight the company's decommissioning strengths.
5. Identify and support business investments, including recruitment and CAPEX.
6. Drive and manage tender submissions.
7. Engage proactively with clients to achieve mutual benefits.
8. Manage and optimize our role in existing frameworks as the main contact.
9. Develop new accounts and partnerships.
10. Work with technical teams to solve client challenges.
11. Collaborate with Defence and Energy KAMs on strategic planning.
12. Oversee financial management, including budget control, bid costs, and risk management.
13. Achieve business KPIs such as working capital, revenue, and order intake.
14. Ensure commercial terms meet client expectations with financial and commercial teams.
15. Report on market performance and strategic progress.
16. Support continuous improvement initiatives.

What will you need?
1. A degree in an Engineering discipline (chartered status is preferred).
2. A strong technical background with experience in decommissioning within the nuclear industry.
3. At least 5 years of sales experience, including successfully securing multi-million-pound frameworks.
4. Ability to gain security clearance (UK only).
