We are looking for an E-Commerce Integration Consultant to work in our area of the Digital and E-commerce function.
You will be responsible for driving integrated connections, providing best in class support to our internal sales organisation and external client base to drive online revenue and increase client engagement, as part of the E-Commerce function.
You will also be working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to reinforce the importance of E-Commerce and online order transition throughout the organisation and focus on creating and maintaining integrated connections throughout our client base, driving and securing a high level of client satisfaction and ensuring the utilisation of Insight’s digital solutions and related services continues in an upward trajectory.
As an E-Commerce Integration Consultant your Responsibilities are:
1. To proactively work with Account Managers to target key clients for E-Procurement integration.
2. Identify strategies to engage Sales teammates and Insight’s client base in the use of Insight’s E-Procurement services.
3. Provide local and global expertise on the range of Insight’s fully integrated E-Procurement solutions and tools.
4. Run basic and complex client E-Procurement onboarding projects from conception to completion and provide ongoing support.
5. Assist all internal parties to understand project deliverables, ensuring satisfaction of client always.
6. Work closely with a range of partner integration tools to complete and deliver client projects.
7. Engage with various internal partners (particularly EDI) to drive projects.
8. Support and/or lead new starter training and provide initial support to engage new teammates with Insight’s web services.
9. Troubleshoot basic and complex issues presented to clients and Sales teammates and provide solutions that resolve the issue.
10. Demonstrate an understanding of Insight’s Global processes, how they impact E-Commerce and therefore our online and integrated clients.
11. Develop and supervise all activities and plans for various E-Commerce projects and coordinate with product owners to prepare an effective schedule for project delivery and continued success.
12. Analyse online experience of clients, recommend improvements, assess the effectiveness of all key metrics, and monitor all vendor service level agreements to ensure optimal quality of services to client.
Experience and Skills:
* Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Can demonstrate relevant working experience applicable to role.
* Fully conversant with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
* Demonstrates experience of working with SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Advanced etc.
* Strong collaborator as well as a proactive individual contributor.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills and ability to work unsupervised, to tight deadlines.
* Self-motivated, confident, and pro-active with ability to work independently, accurately and to tight deadlines, and to prioritise between conflicting demands to ensure delivery targets are met.
* Ability to collaborate with clients, partners, and teammates at all levels, establishing credibility and building trusted status.
