Partnerships and Initiatives
Our team works within a consultation model emphasizing solution-focused, person-centred, and strengths-based practice. We extend our services into the community through partnerships with Health and Social Care, and lead initiatives like the ELSA program and the Sandwell Wellbeing Charter Mark.
Candidate Profile
We welcome applications from experienced and trainee Educational Psychologists (expected to qualify in September 2025 and 2026) who are committed to applying psychology creatively across various settings to improve educational and wellbeing outcomes.
Benefits
We offer a welcome payment of £5,000, with £3,000 payable upon joining and £2,000 at the start of the third year of service.
