Key Responsibilities: Clinical Leadership & Supervision: Provide leadership to the clinical team, including nurses and healthcare assistants, ensuring that high standards of care are consistently maintained. Offer support, mentorship, and guidance to clinical staff, ensuring their professional development. Care Planning & Assessment: Assist with the development and implementation of individualized care plans for residents, ensuring that their physical, mental, and emotional needs are met. Conduct regular assessments of care needs and ensure that care plans are updated as necessary. Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with CQC (Care Quality Commission) and other regulatory bodies’ requirements. Assist with preparing for inspections, audits, and internal reviews, ensuring that the care home meets and exceeds required standards. Clinical Documentation: Oversee the accurate and timely documentation of patient care, ensuring that all records are up to date, accurate, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. Operational Support: Assist the Care Home Manager with the day-to-day operations of the home, including staffing, resource allocation, and managing budgets. Ensure that the home runs smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis. Staff Training & Development: Support the continuous professional development of the clinical team, ensuring that all staff members have access to training, ongoing supervision, and support to improve their skills and deliver high-quality care. Patient Care & Well-being: Take a hands-on approach in providing person-centered care to residents. Ensure that residents' physical, psychological, and social needs are met, and that they are treated with dignity and respect
