About the role
We are seeking a KS2 Teacher with an interest in science to be committed to high standards of teaching and learning. You will have the ability to inspire and motivate our children to develop their full potential. This role will involve teaching and learning, administration and communication, further development and safeguarding responsibilities.
This is a permanent, part-time (0.6FTE) role. This role is immediately available but a February half term start date is available.

Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent communication, effective organisation and planning skills
* Achieved a sound academic standard.
* Proven ability as an excellent classroom teacher of KS2 Science.
* Proven experience working with parents and colleagues in a positive and constructive manner.
* Underpinning knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum.
It would be desirable but not essential to:
* Be able to teach science from Nursery up to KS2.
* Have achieved a 2:1 Degree in Education or Teaching with NQT or equivalent.
