Managing Finances: Invoicing Assistant at Kingdom Group

We’re looking for an Invoicing Assistant to join the Finance Team on a 12 month temporary basis. The Invoicing Assistant will support the Finance Team to ensure accuracy and organisation with our systems and databases, resolve invoice discrepancies and liaise with key stakeholders.

The Role
As an Invoicing Assistant, you’ll:
Review invoices for completeness and accuracy ensuring that all necessary information is included.
Reconcile employee expenses and company card transactions.
Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding payments, invoice queries, to follow up on outstanding invoices and to address and resolve any discrepancies or disputes relating to invoices.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
A relevant qualification at SVQ3 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
Previous experience in an administrative role.
The ability to work accurately and to deadlines and timescales.
