You will work hand-in-hand with our Acquisition Marketing Manager to: Help shape a Partnership and Sales Promotions strategy that grows our reach and new customer base Curate and negotiate worthwhile brand and sales contra deals with 3rd parties Implement the delivery of these tailored partner promotions We are looking for a self-propelled people-person who believes in the power of building trust and strong relationships to create lasting partnerships that deliver. You will be a collaborative worker with at least 5 years B2C travel/leisure partnerships and promotions experience, and a confident networker with quality contacts and a true passion for the great outdoors. The role’s responsibilities include (but not limited to): Working in collaboration with the Acquisition Marketing Manager to identify new brand partnership opportunities within an audience of 60yrs leisure seekers Innovating within the budget, and building extra value through contra deals, to amplify the reach of our brand message Kickstart new relationships with brand partners and stakeholders in the travel and lifestyle industry Implement our partnerships strategy in line with the HF Holidays’ mission, vision and values, and acquisition and retention targets Plan and execute partnership activities aimed at attracting new customers and members, including digital and offline communications, and bolstering press/media campaigns Set up customer journeys including building email campaigns, landing pages and data capture functionality Track competitors and research the market to shape proposals for future brand partners and ambassadors Brief in design content to deliver the partnership and promotional messages in our marketing and partner collateral in our country houses Frequent travel to our 15 country house estates in the UK to meet and host partners, and attend regular networking events and industry conferences; expenses covered You will also embrace ad hoc marketing activities within the wider team to further strengthen our brand awareness and reach. What are we looking for?
