An excellent opportunity to join a professional advice firm in a key back-office role: Office Location: York Hybrid/Home Working: Yes - Hybrid split between home/office working Package: £24-26k base annual bonus and full company benefits: 25 days holiday stats, 5% pension & 2xDIS Highly rewarding bonus structure based on business performance Standard hours: Mon-Fri (9am-5pm) The Role: A dedicated Admin Support working alongside a high-performing investments/pensions advice focused financial planner. Duties include: Providing client valuations Managing technical queries from clients Fund switches/Withdrawals Liaising with clients to obtain fact-find info Preparing reports for advisers Preparing illustrations Checking and updating CFR and advice record/liaising with advisers Preparing paperwork Process all new business and prepare the necessary paperwork The Person: Private wealth focused administration support exposure is required, with 2 years’ hands-on practical experience working within a similar financial planning environment. Will suit someone who really enjoys a broad ranging adviser support role and building relationships with key clients and their families: Essential: 2 years’ experience processing new investments and/or pensions business Essential: Experience of managing & building relationships with private wealth clientele What next?
