Our client is An established property maintenance company is looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join its expanding team. This role is ideal for a reliable and skilled professional who values high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
You will be responsible for maintaining and improving properties across various sectors. Your expertise in Plastereing, Plumbing, Brickwork and Flooring along with a basic understanding of secondary trades, will be essential in delivering top-tier solutions to clients.
Requirements
Fully qualified in your primary trade
Experience in a fast-paced, reactive maintenance role
Strong time management & organizational skills
Ability to work independently & take initiative
A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
Excellent customer service & communication skills
Basic IT & paperwork skills
Full, clean UK driving licence
No criminal convictions
Able to provide references from previous employers
Must have worked full-time in the last 2 years
Willing to work extended hours when necessary
