Salary: Starting from £31,923 (depending on experience) plus £1,300pa ECU

Reporting to the Compliance Team Manager, we are seeking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Compliance Officer, who can monitor compliance within L&Q's PRS department (L&Q PRS Co Ltd - Trading as Metra Living). You will have worked in property and tenancy management and have the relevant experience. Most of all you will be motivated to improve compliance within the portfolio, minimising risk while delivering departmental KPIs. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team perform to the agreed standard, leading them to manage fraud and health and safety checks, compliance audits, property licensing and any other compliance checks required.
Specifically, we are looking for people with a strong track record of managing compliance and risk. You will have excellent communication and reporting skills, as well as the ability to collect and analyse large quantities of data. The Compliance Officer will also be responsible for ensuring the team are complying with the relevant legislation, and have an excellent track record of record keeping, data handling and reporting.
As this is an essential car user post, the post holder is required to hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle which is covered for business use.
