Working closely with our Senior HR team, we are looking for those who have experience with supporting strategy and delivery, working on various projects and managing the employee life cycle. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a professional and proactive HR and ER service to designated business units in a timely and professional manner. You will support leaders and managers within the business with end-to-end ER case management support including absence management, flexible working, investigations, disciplinary, capability, performance management and disciplinary cases. In addition to the day-to-day casework, you will support the HR Manager with matters such as Employment Tribunal activity and high risk, complex ER matters. The role has various duties which would include managing HR queries, working with our key stakeholders on restructures, consultations and change initiatives and monitoring performance and absences, providing constructive solutions. There is also the opportunity to assist with succession planning, delivering input and guidance regarding potential changes to improve employee engagement, whilst implementing new learning and development strategies and supporting the annual review process. The successful applicant will support the HR team with joiners and leavers, ensuring all records are up to date. The ideal candidate will have broad extensive knowledge of Human Resources and Employee Relations responsibilities, as well as general administrative experience. They will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations and ER queries. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar using HR software and tools. Who are we?
