*Guaranteed Minimum Hourly Rate (GMHR) Explanation
All employees will have a basic pay rate of the national minimum wage for their age group. GMHR will be met for each hour worked through the distribution of service charge and house tips (TRONC). Where there are not enough funds in TRONC to meet GMHR, the company will top up pay. Should TRONC funds exceed GMHR, then this will be distributed, resulting in an hourly rate greater than GMHR. 100% of Service Charge and House Tips will be distributed to the team. The limited hours worked during specific, pre-booked training sessions and during the season setup and breakdown when the restaurant is closed out of season will be paid at a basic rate.
