What you'll do The Pre-Sales Service Consultant will assist Solution and Sales colleagues in developing the service model for a solution. This includes the development of bid inputs such as providing written responses to tenders and customer clarification questions. You will respond to requests for service capabilities from the customer but will also be accountable for demand generation activities i.e.: pro-actively creating new opportunities to sell which enhance both the customer experience and the value of the opportunity to VBSE. You will assist in sales qualification through evaluation of requirements against options. You will Identify cost elements for delivery and support of solution. You will be responsible for service support to commercial discussions. You will assist the sales team during the bid discussions with the customer. You will be responsible for liaising with Product Management and other subject matter experts. You will engage the Delivery team and ensure customer project sign-off. Security Clearance: This position requires the eligibility and ability to obtain and hold UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance. Who you are You will have Mastery of ITILv3 or v4 preferably with certification You will have experience as a senior / lead Service Consultant / Architect on complex customer opportunities and programmes. You will have willingness to develop and adapt to meet changing client and market expectations. You will have good leadership skills being able to pull together, lead and grow teams You will be capable of working in a matrix organisation and able to build strong relationship and credibility with stakeholders Worried that you don't meet all the desired criteria exactly?
