We are looking for a Premises Assistant to join our Corby Estates Team.
This is a great opportunity to join our Trust. You will be working with our Premises Officer to support the day-to-day management of our site.
In this role, you will maintain the security of the premises and its contents, lighting, heating and cleaning of premises, including the maintenance and operation of plant.
You will be expected to undertake minor repairs and maintenance of the buildings and site. General handyperson duties would include routine development and maintenance, porterage, minor redecoration, repairs and other tasks which would not normally require the services of an outside contractor.
