The basic duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
All aspects of the day to day running of the convenience store/gas station, store appearance, completing both daily and shift paperwork, completing counts, stocking, ordering, keeping the location fully staffed at all times, customer service, cleaning, interviewing, hiring and training employees.

Some Position Requirements are, but not limited to:
1. Experience in Retail Management, Store Management and Customer Service.
2. Completion of all required day to day paperwork, ordering and running of the location.
3. Order and receive merchandise utilizing ordering guidelines and build-to books.
4. Can work without constant supervision.
5. Ensuring the location is always adequately staffed, with all shifts covered.
6. Ensuring that every customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging customers, maintaining outstanding standards, product knowledge and all other components of customer service.
7. Interacting with customers to provide information and assistance in response to inquiries about products and services.
8. Maintaining a clean, customer friendly store environment.
9. Performing regular cleaning activities including, but not limited to, cleaning floors, glass doors, counter surfaces, and restrooms, emptying all interior and exterior trash cans, rotating and straightening merchandise and cleaning beverage and food service equipment.
10. Replenishing products and supplies to ensure product availability.
11. Accurately and efficiently completing sales transactions and maintaining proper accountability at the cash register.
12. Maintaining an awareness of all product knowledge information, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.
13. Will maintain image standards by maintaining cleanliness and fresh merchandise.
14. Ability to ensure the highest quality and performance of our food service program.
15. Able to recruit, interview, hire, train, develop and motivate station employees.
16. Ability to discipline station employees using appropriate documentation.
17. Can handle a fast-paced work environment.
18. Is a team player and can motivate employees to do the same.
19. Ability to work weekends, holidays and nights, if needed to keep the store covered.
20. Reports all unusual occurrences, environmental or maintenance issues to DM.
21. Ability to pay attention to detail when completing required daily documentation.
22. Able to work in or help out at multiple locations if needed.
23. Able to drive on a daily basis for company business and has a valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements Include:
Comfort with having to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to shovel snow and/or complete outside work.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
