£100 Joining Bonus
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager within the children's service to work in Cheshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who provide independent special educational needs placements at a school in our region.
This is a full-time temporary to permanent position, requiring the ability to start as soon as possible and commit to a minimum of 10 days before being eligible for the joining bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of professionals providing independent special educational needs placements.
* Work closely with the school management team to develop and implement strategies for improving outcomes for students.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
* Registered Manager qualification or equivalent experience.
* Proven track record of success in a similar role.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Salary: Estimated £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience. This figure includes the potential £100 joining bonus after completing 10 days of work.
