IT Service Desk Analyst | Swindon (Hybrid) | Up to £28,000 + Bonus
We are seeking a proactive IT Service Desk Analyst to deliver exceptional IT support and customer service. This hybrid role offers a great opportunity to develop technical expertise while contributing to a high-performing IT service desk.
The Role:
* Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure timely resolution of IT incidents.
* Log and manage tickets effectively, troubleshooting desktop, application, and AV issues.
* Support technologies such as Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics, laptops, and mobile devices.
* Escalate major incidents promptly, ensuring clear and comprehensive communication.
The Candidate:
* Extensive experience in IT Service Desk roles, ideally across multiple environments.
* Strong technical skills in Office 365, Microsoft OS, and Active Directory administration.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
The Package:
Basic salary: Up to £28,000 + 7.5% on-target bonus.
