Field Service Engineer / Helpdesk Support – MSP Experience Required

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer / Helpdesk Support professional with Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience to join our growing team. This role involves both remote and on-site support, ensuring that clients receive expert assistance with their IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide remote and on-site IT support to clients, resolving technical issues efficiently
* Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking problems
* Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, and network equipment
* Manage user accounts, email, and access permissions in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
* Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
* Document all support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the helpdesk system
* Assist with IT project deployments, migrations, and upgrades
* Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working at an MSP is essential
* Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer handling client site visits
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory
* Familiarity with networking concepts (firewalls, VPNs, switches, routers)
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Strong customer service mindset with a proactive approach
