This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the Lancashire Skills and Employment Hub team and support the delivery of wave 5 Skills Bootcamps. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and influential person who is a confident communicator. We need someone who can quickly build rapport and relationships with the key people in each of the delivery partners to enable effective contract and performance management. We are also looking for someone who is conscientious and detailed. Your role will be within the Lancashire Skills and Employment Hub Team. You will join our collaborative and supportive team who work in partnership with a wide range of organisations across Lancashire. We are a friendly team who want to make a difference to the people and businesses of Lancashire. The post will support the Project manager for the Skills Bootcamp programme to deliver the contract with DfE. The post will performance manage, monitor and support the delivery partners (employer-provider collaborations) to achieve their agreed outcomes and outputs. This will involve regular contact and visits to partners and tacking of progress. Building relationships with partners and the businesses involved will be an important aspect of this role. The post will also help to produce reports and case studies and ensure that the Skills Hub social media channels promote a single cohesive offer across Lancashire. Alongside the Skills Bootcamp, management, administration and support, you will promote the wider skills offers within Lancashire, including the Lancashire Skills Pledge.
