A leading property business in the heart of London is looking to hire an Interim Client Communications Manager to audit and improve their current communications framework.
Reporting into the Head of Operations, you will be supporting the team to ensure that regulatory and BAU communications with clients are clear, concise and delivered through the most appropriate channels.
Key responsibilities:
* Undertake an initial audit to understand where improvements can be made and advise actions to be taken
* Deliver improved processes and templates for use across a range of channels including email
* Ensure communications are set out to align with policy and brand guidelines
* Create programmes to measure effectiveness of client communications
* 5+ years experience in B2B client focused communications
