We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with young people and vulnerable families, delivering pastoral interventions and one-to-one support. Collaborating with our Designated Safeguarding Lead, you will engage with the Early Help process to ensure our students and their families receive the care and support they need.
