Bradley David Associates are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to work for a recruitment agency in the Barking area.
Ideally candidates will come from an industrial recruitment background and have an understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry.
Working Days: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (some flexibility required)
Candidate duties will include:
* Promoting our temporary recruitment services to both local & regional businesses.
* Business to Business sales meetings
* Presenting recruitment solutions to key company decision makers
* Building lasting business relationships with new and existing clients & companies
* Managing a daily, weekly and monthly sales pipeline & diary
* Attending regular service meetings
Requirements
Candidate experience will include:
* Ideally having a background or experience of industrial recruitment.
* A strong background in either a telesales or a face-to-face sales role
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to present recruitment solutions to various levels of management within organisations
