Key Skills Required:
1. Product development experience
2. Strong OO PHP
3. PHP framework exposure (Laravel, Symfony, etc.)
4. Database design (MySQL, etc.)
5. Front-end framework exposure (Vue.js, React, Next, etc.)
6. Git version control experience
7. Agile methodology understanding
8. Strong business acumen with the ability to see the business impact of development projects
9. Team mentorship or leadership skills
10. Restful API exposure
11. Any AWS experience would be a real plus (EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, etc.)
