Our innovative and cutting-edge client in Basingstoke is looking for a Supply Chain Supervisor! Up to 38k pa, private medical insurance, 25 days holiday and more!
This market-leading organisation is in a great position of sustainable growth and is currently expanding. The Supply Chain Supervisor will be overseeing and improving the procurement and sales process within the company and lead a team of 4 people.
The successful Supply Chain Supervisor will be offered:
•A salary of 35-38k pa depending on experience
• 8am - 4:30pm Monday- Friday

As the successful Supply Chain Supervisor, you will:
•Developing and leading a team whilst setting goals, delegating tasks to team members, and fostering a positive working environment with room for growth and improvement
• Overseeing the whole sales order cycle from beginning to end
•Managing the supply chain order process, including the selection of suppliers and placing orders
•Continuously working to improve processes and workflows within the team and procurement within the business
• Collaborating and liaising with other internal departments, building and maintaining strong working relationships
Who we're looking for:
We're looking to connect with candidates with at least 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
You'll have demonstrable leadership and management skills, possess strong analytical skills and be proficient in ERPs and CRMs for procurement and order management.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills and be computer literate.
