This role requires expertise in international sales and entails working within a dynamic and expanding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Researching and identifying new markets for expanding our export business in Europe, Southeast Asia, and North America.
2. Ensuring seamless operations and compliance for current export customers, providing exceptional support to maintain and grow these relationships through regular communication and in-person meetings.
3. Understanding, planning, and implementing tailored export strategies that align with company goals.
4. Conducting in-depth customer performance and market analysis.
5. Developing and managing targeted marketing activities for export territories, driving brand awareness and sales.
6. Working closely with the export team to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.
7. Assisting in hosting customer visits to our main office as required.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
1. Experience in international sales with a track record of developing new markets.
2. Willingness and ability to travel overseas if required.
3. Experience in successfully entering and developing new markets.
4. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
5. High proficiency in English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
