About the Role: Are you a talented administrator that’s eager to demonstrate your organisational skills and customer service? Join Clarke Energy as Customer Support for our Parts Team, where you’ll play a key role as first point of contact for both internal and external customers. Responsibilities: Liaise with customers from the point of initial enquiry through to invoice despatch, ensuring that they receive a first-class service at all points of the process. Liaise with Site engineers about their orders for parts, ensuring that requirements are clear and met in a timely fashion. Support Overhaul Parts Coordinator Liaise with Warehouse team to ensure that parts are despatched on time and arrive as expected. Process orders in accordance with agreed procedures and contractual requirements. Produce reports for customers and clients using a variety of computer packages including Excel. Follow and adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and regulations at all times. Qualifications: Good general standard of education. Good computer skills - Word/Excel. Good communication skills. Required Skills: General understanding of how Gas/Diesel engine’s function and parts required. Good computer skills. Good communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience of working in a busy engineering workshop/ parts department or similar. Knowledge and experience of working with Gas/Diesel Engines.
