Our client based in Aberdeen is looking for a Technical Administrator to join their team on a month-to-month contract basis.
An organised, methodical, detail-oriented, and self-directed individual is needed for the role of Technical Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for internal and external quality data compilation and analysis, as well as supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and compliant operation of the business.
Job Responsibilities
1. Make contact with vendors to request RAMS, discuss issues, and work with others to resolve.
2. Keep permit tracker up to date.
3. Provide general support for construction village set up.
4. File all documentation on S Drive and then onto SAP and Tenforce.
5. Take charge of filling on SAP of all certifications associated with WSE, written scheme of examination.
6. Work with the warehouse during the request and allocation of spares.
7. Support HSE in the induction process during the shutdown period.
8. Support approved vendors process.
9. Minute shutdown meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. SAP experience.
