Contract Manager – Planned Works Choice Housing

Choice Services (Ireland) Ltd is part of the Choice Housing Group and provides response repairs and maintenance services to over 8,000 properties including housing, apartments and office buildings. The building services we provide include: Response maintenance; Change of tenancy repairs; Adaptions for disabled tenants; Project works; Electrical testing and Asbestos monitoring.
Job Overview
The post holder will be responsible for managing the delivery of the Planned Works Programme within Choice Services. The manager will develop a multi-skilled planned works delivery team who will work efficiently, provide value for money delivery with zero defects, be self-motivated, and work to a performance-based contract.
Salary and Benefits
Salary Scale: £48,000 to £55,000
