Main duties of the job The post holder will support the planning, development, and implementation of a range of projects that fall within the scope of the clinical programmes. This includes analysing complex data to take a population health management approach to help design new models of care, with a focus from prevention through to end of life. This role will initially support the delivery of Musculoskeletal (MSK) and Falls related priorities with opportunities to support other Clinical Programme Groups in accordance with resource and skills requirements.
