Job Description
* Develop and implement procurement strategies for the organisation.
* Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality goods.
* Conduct market analysis to identify potential new suppliers and products.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
* To look after HR & IT categories
* Manage relationships with existing suppliers to ensure excellent service.
* Oversee procurement processes and implement improvements where necessary.
* Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and manage inventory.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Procurement Specialist should have:
* A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
* Proficient knowledge of procurement processes and systems.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Knowledge of the FMCG industry and its supply chain operations.
* Experience in managing HR and IT categories
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
* A keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy.
